๐Ÿ’ก What is Perinea?

The perineum is a set of essential muscles located in the small pelvis. It supports your organs (vessia, uterus, rectum) and plays a crucial role in your daily life:

  • The urinary and fecal continence.
  • The sexual function and postural stability.
  • The support of pelvic organs.

It may be affected by aging, pregnancy, childbirth or certain sports practices. It is essential not to make it a banality and to deal with it.

๐ŸŽฏ Our Reeducation Methods

๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Biofeedback

Using sensors to visualize muscle activity in real time. This technology allows for better awareness and more accurate rehabilitation of continence disorders and pain.

๐Ÿ’ช Active rehabilitation

Based on the De Gasquet method and hypopressive work. We work on posture and breathing for a lasting strengthening and respectful of female physiology.
